Responsibilities:
- Source new investment deals and maintain contact and relationships with founders;
- Perform extensive research and due diligence on investment deals;
- Support the Company in processing investment transactions, including drafting and reviewing deal documentation; structuring and tracking deal flow; performing financial modelling and analysis; conducting due diligence on investment opportunities; and other such matters;
- Manage investment portfolio, including liaising with founders on various matters and representing the Company in meetings, collaborating with founders in solving problems and creating value, reporting portfolio performance, tracking portfolio companies’ legal and statutory compliance, and other such matters;
- Engage with the Company’s ecosystem, which may include attending conferences, investor demo days, and seminars as the Company’s representative in various capacities, and mentoring start-ups enrolled in development programmes;
- Support the Company’s value-creation and ecosystem-building activities;
- Provide support in internal compliance, operational, and reporting activities to various stakeholders;
- Obtain and share market news/intelligence;
- Recommend improvements or strategies to improve the Company’s productivity or strategic position and value;
- Prepare any ad-hoc research or reports as the Company requires.
Job Requirements
- One to two years of work experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, financial advisory, management consultancy would be an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- High degree of comfort working with numbers;
- Ability to use standard business analysis framework to form own investment thesis and debate about investment opportunities;
- Deep familiarity with financial modelling and financial analysis;
- Excellent command of English, and good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with legal and corporate documentation and agreements would be great advantage;
- Aptitude for using a wide variety of web and mobile-based productivity tools;
- Great attention to detail;
- Good people skills and keen interest in helping companies to develop value;
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics, Business, Accountancy, and/or Actuarial Science preferred.

VP, Cyber Solutions
Job Description
- Developing an expert understanding of Protos Labs’ products and services.
- Working with the Product team as the cyber SME to support the development of Protos Labs’ product and services
- Working with Product team as the cyber SME to support the operations of Protos Lab’s product.
- Working with the Sales and Marketing team as the pre-sales cyber SME to jointly follow-up on customer requirements. This includes solutioning scoping, solution demos, preparing budgetary quotations etc.
- Working with the Customer Success team as the post-sales cyber SME to help customer’s derive value from Protos Labs’ solutions.
